These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Astrex application and website astrex.app ("Service"), operated by Astrex By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Astrex. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Astrex is offered as a recurring digital subscription. Plans include: a $0.99 trial (converts to $9.99/week), a $9.99 weekly plan, and a $19.99 monthly plan. An optional Chat Assistance add-on is available at $1.99/month. All charges are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method at each renewal until you cancel.
The $0.99 trial provides full access for 7 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to the $9.99/week plan. The $0.99 trial charge is non-refundable once access has been granted.
Cancel at any time via the cancellation page or by contacting support@astrex.app. Access continues through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days, except as covered by our Refund Policy.

Astrex provides astrology and tarot content for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice. Decisions based solely on astrological readings are taken at your own risk.
All content, charts, readings, and design elements in Astrex are owned by Astrex. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written consent.
Astrex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms with 14 days' prior notice by email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
