Refund Policy

1. Digital Service Notice

Astrex is a fully digital subscription service. All plans grant immediate access to digital content including personalised readings, birth chart analysis, and member tools. Refunds are handled as described below.

2. Trial Charge

The $0.99 trial charge is non-refundable once you have accessed the service. It covers 7 days of full access. If you cancel before day 7, no further charges will be made to your account.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid weekly or monthly subscription period (after the trial), you may request a full refund. Conditions:

• The request must be made within 7 days of the first paid charge (excluding the $0.99 trial)
• This applies to your first billing period only — not to renewal charges

4. Auto-Renewal Charges

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you were charged unexpectedly, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge. A refund may be issued at our discretion if the account was not accessed since renewal.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• The $0.99 trial charge once service is accessed
• Requests submitted more than 7 days after the charge
• Renewal charges after the first billing period (except exceptional circumstances)
• Chat Assistance add-on charges
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

6. How to Request

Email support@astrex.app with subject "Refund Request", your registered email, and the charge date. We process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
