When you register, we collect your name and email address. To generate your personalised birth chart and readings, we ask for your date, time, and place of birth. You may optionally provide relationship details for compatibility features.
We collect information about how you interact with Astrex — which readings you view, which features you use, session duration, and device/browser type. This helps us improve the product.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card numbers or full billing details. We retain only a payment reference token and billing country for tax and support purposes.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate Astrex, including Stripe for payment processing, cloud hosting providers, and anonymised analytics platforms. All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
Your birth date, time, and location are used exclusively to produce astrological content personalised to you. This information is never sold, shared for advertising purposes, or disclosed to data brokers.
We retain your account data while your account is active. After cancellation, data is held for 90 days then permanently deleted, unless required by law. You may request immediate deletion by emailing support@astrex.app.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or export your personal data. Contact support@astrex.app. We respond within 30 days.
We use TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest. Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
Astrex is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, contact us immediately.
